【摘要】 本文应用全面评价法,对61例接受 Millard 法手术的单侧唇裂患者术后一周的效果进行了评价。结果表明,临床Ⅱ~0分类中,健患侧上唇面积比大于0.9患者的术后效果优于面积比小于0.9的患者(P<0.01);Ⅲ~0分类中,上唇面积比大于0.7患者的术后效果优于面积比小于0.7之患者(P<0.05),健患侧鼻翼基部唇峰距差值越大,术后效果越差(P<0.001,r=-0.791)。健患侧上唇面积比值越小,术后效果越差(P<0.001,r=0.5854)。患侧唇峰点处裂隙越宽,术后效果亦越差(P<0.001,r=-0.6364)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Authors have evaluated the postoperative effect of 61 patients with unilateral cleft lipaccurately in one week after operation using an overall and minute appraisal system wh-ich is composed of three parts-objective,subjective and functional evaluation.Theresults showed the following:The postoperative effect of clinical I°(degree one)patients with cleft lip also is better than those who are Ⅱ °(degree two)(P<0.05).The postoperat-ive effect of clinical Ⅱ°patients with cleft lip also is better than those who belong to Ⅲ°(degree three)(P<0.01).The postoperative result of the patients whose area ratioof bilateral upper lip is over 0.9 is better than those whose area ratio of bilateral upperlip is below 0.9 in the clinical Ⅱ°.The postoperative result of the patients whose arearatio of bilateral upper lip is over 0.7 is better than those whose area ratio is below 0.7.Thelarger the difference of the distance from alar base to Cupid’s bow of bilateral upper lip,the worse the postoperative result(P<0.001,r=-0.791).The wider the gap of Cupid’sbow’s position at affected side,the worse the postoperative result(P<0.001,r=-0.6364).The smallar the area ratio of bilateral upper lip,the worse the postoperative resultalso(P<0.001,r=0.5854).There is linear relation of a certain degree among the clinicalⅠ °,Ⅱ°,and Ⅲ°classification,the area ratio of unaffected and affected side of theupper lip,the difference of the distance from the alar base to the Cupid’s bow of theunaffected and affected side of the upper lip and the width of the gap of the Cupid’sbow‘s position.更多还原
