【摘要】 本文根据正常人面部各组织器官呈对称的特点,以单側唇裂患者健侧鼻和上唇的结构形态为标准来对称地评价患侧的术后效果。对可用直线测量的结构用客观测量法进行评价,对不能用测量法评价的结构则用描述较详细的主观美学评价法评价,同时还对鼻和上唇的一些功能加以评价,使之构成一个由主观、客观和功能评价三部分构成的一个全面而精确的单侧唇裂术后效果的评价方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article assessed the unilateral cleft lip postoperative result of the affected side sym-metrically by the structure and shape of the nose and upper lip of the unaffected side whichwas been a standard.The structure which could be surveyed by linear measurement wasevaluated by the objective measurement.The structure which could not be assessed by themeasurement was evaluated by the subjective aesthetic assessment with a detailed descri-ption.At same time,authors also assessed a little functional movement of nose and upperlip.So a comprehensive and accurate postoperative result evaluation method of cleft lip wasconsisted of subjective,objective and functional assessment.更多还原
