热等离子喷涂金属—陶瓷厚层多孔复合种植体的研究
A Study on Thermal Plasma Spraying Artificial Dental Implants
【摘要】 用热等离子喷涂技术,将陶瓷熔接在钛合金表面形成厚层多孔复合种植体。该种植体理化性能符合生理要求。经动物颌骨及股骨内埋植实验和人体颌骨内埋植及种植义齿修复实验结果表明,此种植体的组织相容性好,获得了纤维性—骨性结合的生物种植效应。
【Abstract】 The thick porous composite implants were synthesized through the fusion ofceramics onto the surface of titanium alloy by thermal plasma spraying.The physicaland chemical properties of the implants satisfied the needs.The results from impl-anting in animal jaw bones and thighbones and restoring human jaw bones showedthat the implants had a good biocompatibility and obtained the bioimplanting eff-ects with fibro- osseous bond.
