【摘要】 用放射免疫法测定了10例女性牙周炎患者服用固齿丸前后唾液申孕酮、雌二醇含量,并与9例对照组患者相比较,结果发现服用固齿丸组患者唾液中孕酮含量明显下降,雌二醇明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。表明固齿丸对性激素有调节作用,这种作用可能是固齿丸治疗牙周病的机理之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Salivary concentrations of progesterone and estradiol from tefemale patients withperiodontitis were measured by radioimmunoassay before and after administrating Guchiwan.And nine patients of control group were also measured.The results showed that salivary concentrations of progesterone were significantlydecreased and the concentrations of estradiol were signicantly increased in patientstaking Guchiwan.These was no significant difference in the control group.It suggestedthat Guchiwan have the effect on regulating sex hormone level.This effect may beone of the mechanisms of Guchiwan for the treatment of periodontitis.更多还原
