【摘要】 本文对32例腮腺病变,33个腺体做了数字减影腮腺造影(DSS)检查。其中23个腺体也应用了传统的腮腺造影方法。DSS检查主要优点是:(1)图象清晰,对比度高;(2)能观察连续图象,腺体充盈好;(3)造影剂用量少。此外,对影响DSS图象质量的因素及克服办法进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 DSS(Digital Subtraction Sialography)was performed in 33 parotid glands of 32 patien-ts,23 of which were compared with traditional sialography.The advantages of DSS are:(1)clearer image with sharp contrast,(2)demonstration of succeeding pictures andmore satisfactory filling appearance of the gland,and(3)less dosage of contrast medium.The factors affacting the quality of the image and method of performing were discussed.更多还原
