【摘要】 作者选用8只成年猕猴,经口外行双侧下颌升支斜行切开术,术后分3周、6周、12周、24周处死动物,分别对颞下颌关节凹、关节盘和髁状突进行扫描电子显微镜观察。另外两只动物作为对照。结果表明术后各组动物关节的各个活动表面均未发生明显变化。证明下颌升支斜行切开术不会对关节带来明显的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 What happened to the TMJ after oblique ramus osteotomy(ORO)is an important que-stion to orthognathic surgeons,but no experimental studies concerning in this field thoughthere were a number of clinic studies.This article,using 10 rhesus monkeys operated bil-aterally with ORO,and observing the TMJ surface changes by SEM in 3,6,12,24 weeks afteroperation,reports the effects on the TMJ surface by ORO.The result shows that no path-ological damages to the TMJ.It is suggested that ORO is a biologically sound operation.更多还原
