高发射率红外涂层的研究
STUDY ON HIGH EMISSIVITY INFRARED COATINGS
【摘要】 在以SiO2和Al2O3为主要成分的原料中掺过渡金属氧化物,通过高温热处理制备成全发射率达0.93的红外辐射涂料。用X射线衍射及扫描电子显微镜研究了涂层的辐射机理。
【Abstract】 The infrared radiative coatings with normal total emissivity of 0.93 are prepared from raw materials mainly consisting of SiO2 and Al2O3 by high temperature anealing. The radiative mechanism is investigated by means of X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscope.
