Zn1-xCoxS和Zn1-xNixS新吸收谱线的测量与分析
THE MEASUREMENT AND ANALYSIS OF NEW ABSORPTION LINES IN Zn1-xCoxS and Zn1-xNixS
【摘要】 在12K和300K下测量了半磁半导体Zn0.095Co0.05S和Zn0.97Ni0.03S的吸收光谱,分别发现3个新的吸收峰。根据晶体场理论和群论分析结果,它们分别对应于Co2+的4A2(F)→2T1(H)、4A2(F)→2T1(G)和4A2(F)→2T2(P)的跃迁吸收及Ni2+的3T1(F)→1A1(G),3T1(F)→1T1(G)和3T1(F)→1E(G)的跃迁吸收,并用晶体场理论分析了跃迁的选择定则和跃迁的相对强度。
【Abstract】 The absorption spectra of Zn0.95Co0.05S and Zn0.97Ni0.03S have been measured at 300K and 12K. Three absorption peaks have been observed in Zn0.05Co0.05S and Zn0.97 Ni0.03S, respectively, which are attributed to the transitions of 4A2(F)→2T1 (H), 4A2(F)→2T1(G) and 4A2(F)→2T2 (P) of Co2+ and the transitions of 3T1(F)→1A1(G), 3T1(F)→1T1(G) and 3T1(F)→1E1(G) of Ni2+, respectively, in the light of crystal field theory and group theory. In addition, the selection rule of transition and the transition intensity have been discussed by the crystal field theory.
