【摘要】 取自银杏（Ginkgo biloba Linn）雌雄株上当年抽出的幼嫩茎梢,剪去叶子,把嫩茎切成约0.5—0.8cm的具节小段,分别接种在十种培养基上。3天后切口处膨大;7—10天后,出现愈伤组织,节上的腋芽开始生长;30天左右培养于N₆+MS微量+kH₂PO₄₁₀₀+2.4-D₃+BA₁+NAA₁PPm的培养基上的部分腋芽基部长出根,形成完整的再生植株。更多还原

【Abstract】 The young stem tips of male and female Ginkge biloba Linn, were cut into 0.5-0.8cm stem segments and cultivated in ten different kinds of the culture medium. Callus were induced to form in 7-10 days. The axillary buds on the noded segments with nodes began to grow. Then in the culture medium: Ne+MStrace+KH2PO4100 + 2,4-D 3 +BA1+NAA1 PPm, roots were fromed from the bases of the axillary buds in about 30 days. These buds grew up to form complete plants.更多还原
