【摘要】 通过22例狗心室内膜26个定点起博向量图,QRS环最大向量在额(F)面、横(H)面方位角度及空间方位得出:①左室前壁起搏,QRS环最大向量主要指向右后上方。②右室前壁起搏,QRS环最大向量主要指向左后下方或上方。③左室后壁起搏,QRS环最大向量主要指向右前上方或右后上方。④右室后壁起搏,QRS环最大向量主要指向左后上方或左前上方。⑤室间隔起搏,QRS环最大向量指向右后上方、左后上方、右前上方、左后下方不等。狗心脏与人心脏在许多方面具有相似之处。狗心起搏对室性早搏定位研究具有重要参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through pacing 26 points on ventricular endocardium in 22 dogs,if was foundthat the distribution of the maximum vectors of QRS loop on F and H plane weredemonstrated as follows:①When pacing on the anterior wall of the left ventricle(LV),the maxi-mal vectors of the SQS loop predominantly pointed to the right posteriorly and su-periorly;②The maximum vectors of the QRS loop predominantly pointed to the leftposteriorly and inferiorly or superiorly when pacing on the anterior wall of theright ventricle (RV);③The maximum vectors of the QRS loop predominantly pointedto the right anteriorly and superiorly or to the right posteriorly and superiorly whenpacing on the posterior wall of the LV;④The maximum vectors of the QRS looppredominantly poined to the left posteriorly and to the left anteriorly and superiorlywhen pacing on the posterior wall of the RV;⑤The maximum vector of the QRSloop pointed to the right posteriorly and superiorly, to the left posteriorly andsuperiorly, to the right anteriorly and superiorly,and to the left posteriorly andinferiorly when pacing on the interventricular septum.The heart of the dog issimillar to the human heart in many respects.The procedure of pacing on dog offersimportant value to the study of the location of ventricular premature beat.更多还原
