【摘要】 试制三批大鼠白细胞间素-2(IL-2)粗制品,每批均同时制成冷冻制品及冻干制品,分别保存于-30℃和4℃冰箱。经过2.5年连续同步检测,并进行样品IL-2生物活性的稳定性比较。结果表明.冷冻制品与冻干制品存放不同时间其生物活性差异无显著意义(P>0.05),且冻干制品具有更多的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deseribes the procedure for preparing three batches of lyophilizedRat IL-2. The frozen and lyophilized products of the same batch of IL-2 hadbeen prepared and stored at -30℃ and 4℃ respectively. After the continualsynchronous test for 30 months, the bioactive stability of the two products of thesame batch was compared. The results showed that there was no significantdifference (P>0.05) between the bioactivities of the two products stored at differ-ent duration of time, whether the frozen IL-2 was stored at -30℃ or the lyophi-lized IL-2 was stored at 4℃, both of them could preserve the bioactivity forthirty months. The lyophilized IL-2 had more advantageds than the frozen products.更多还原
