【Abstract】 A computer program was designed by BASIC language which has found its usage in the growth curve assay and the doubling time determination of various biological cells while their exponential proliferation when cultured in vitro. When it was applied in the proliferation observation of a human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line (KCL-22)cultured in vitro,the program showed its advantages both in actual effectiveness and in practical functions.更多还原
