【Abstract】 Morphometrical analysis was applied to measure AREA,D-circle and Form PE of the four isolates of free living amoebae belonging to three different genera. The results showed that in three species of not the same genus, there were highly significant differences in the AREA of trophozoite, the AREA and the D- circles of cyst and the AREA, D-circles of kernel and nuclei of trophozoite and cyst. But there were no significant differences between the pathogenic and non-pathogenic strains from the same speies except the AREA of trophozoit, Form PE of kernel,and the AREA D-circle and Form PE of nucleus of cyst.更多还原
