预应力磨削表面残余应力的研究

【摘要】 一般常规磨削试件常得到表面残余拉应力,这种残余拉应力使工件的疲劳强度大为降低,而且在腐蚀环境中容易腐蚀。如果能获得表面残余压应力,则其疲劳强度大大提高,抗腐蚀性能会有所改善。本文对45号钢退火试件预加拉伸应力进行磨削试验,结果表明可使试件表面获得残余压应力,从而为控制和调整已加工表面残余应力提供一条新的途径。

【Abstract】 The residual tensile stress in the surface of ground components usually appears after conventional grinding.It makes the ground components greatly decrease its fatigue strength and easily corrode amidst corrosive environment,once the residual compressive stress in the ground surface is acquired,the fatigue strength and corrosion- resistant performance of the ground components will be significantly improved. In this paper,a grinding test referring to prestressed tensile force in the specimens which are made of carbon steel No.45 and annealed has been made.Experimental results show that residual compressive stresses in the surface of specimens can be obtained. Thus,a new method for controlling and adjusting the residual stress in the ground surface is presented.
