新型硬质合金麻花钻切削性能的试验研究
Experimental Study on Cutting Behavior of New Carbide Twist Drills
【摘要】 本文简要介绍了新型硬质合金麻花钴的结构特点,对新型硬质合金麻花钴钻削时的轴向力、切削变形、加工效率、孔的加工精度和表面粗糙度、断屑性能等进行了试验,并与普通麻花钻进行了比较.试验结果表明,新型硬质合金麻花钴的切削性能明显优于普通麻花钻,是一种性能优秀的新钻型.
【Abstract】 In this paper, the structural properties of new carbide twist drills are explained simply.Several experiments have been done about the axial thrust force, cutting deformation, machining efficiency, precision and surface roughness of machined hole and the effect of breaking chip when new Carbide twist drills are in use.Experimental results obtained in this case are compared with those of ordinary twist drill. It shows that the new carbide twist drill is a new type of drill with very good performance.Its cutting behavior is much better than that of ordinary twist drill.
