旋转体表面磁力研磨加工的开发研究
Development and Study on the Magnetic-abrasive Finishing For a Cylindrical Surface
【摘要】 磁力研磨加工是在强磁场作用下,以磁性磨料与工件之间的相对运动,来实现表面研磨加工和去毛刺的新型工艺方法。本文在简述圆柱体表面磁力研磨原理和实验装置的基础上,重点论述磁力研磨性能、各种因素的影响以及实际应用效果等。
【Abstract】 The magnetic-abrasive process is a new method enabling sunface to be finished,by means of the magnetic abrasive brush formed in magnetic field On the base of simply recounting the process principle for a cylindric al surface and device of the experiment,this report discusses its finishing per- formance,analyzes various influence to abrading effectiveness,and evaluates- application effects.
