用于巷旁支护的石膏混合料优化配方研究

【摘要】 本文通过激化剂对硬石膏作用效果比较,确定了理想的激化剂J1。针对影响充填体强度指标值最显著的激化剂J1掺量和水料比,借助二次回归正交设计(IBM—PC,Fortran)安排试验,得到了龄期为24小时、3天、7天和28天四个龄期精度较高的强度方程和各种强度指标值的配方及最大最小指标值,并以图表的形式对影响强度指标值的两个因素进行了详尽的分析,获得了每个龄期激化剂和水料比的理想范围,可为实际应用提供参考。

【Abstract】 Activator J1 is selected as the ideal from among the several whose effects on anhydrite are analytically compared. Experiments are conducted under the guidance of a puadratic regression orthogonal design (IBM-PC, Fortran) from which are obtained equtions for high-accuracy strength values respectively for mixtures with a life of 1, 3, 7 and 28 days and preparation recipes for mixtures of various strength values, including the maximum and the minimum. Detailed analysis is made of the puantity of Activator J1 to be added and the ratio between water and solid materials-the two factors that affect the strength values most-in the form of graphs and tables, from which are obtained the desirable ranges of activator-water-solid-materials ratios for mixtures with different lives, ranges which offer reference , to roadway-side filling practice in mines
