光纤隔离微机遥控方法研究及应用

【摘要】 在对当前光纤隔离几种遥控方法进行比较的基础上,提出一种较为理想的微机异步中断通信和双光纤高电位串接隔离的设计方案,并将研制出的遥控装置成功地用于控制一台100kV电磁同位素分离器离子注入机中离子源的各个参数。一年多的现场运行表明该装置稳定可靠,调节控制精度高,智能化程度好。

【Abstract】 Some up-to-date microcomputer-based optical fiber isolated remote control systems arc studied, and a kind of design of high electric potential dual optical fiber isolated microcomputer controlled system with interruption communication is suggested.An equipment of this design has been fabricated and been used in monitoring and manipulating parameters of ion source power supplies in the EMIS’ (Electro-Magnetic Isotope Separator) ion implanter. The results of tuning increment and output stability within 8 hours are both about 0.024%FSR.
