新的脑灌注显像剂99mTc-ECD及其衍生物的合成和放化研究
A preliminary study on the new brain perfusion imaging agents 99mTc-ECD and its derivatives
【摘要】 文章报道了N,N'-乙撑-双(L-半胱氨酸乙酯)(ECD)及其衍生物MCD、n-PCD、n-PCD、t-BCD的合成、放化研究结果。ECD及其衍生物的物理常数和光谱数据与结构一致。ECD及其衍生物与99mTC-GH进行配体交换,能与99mTc(V)生成稳定的络合物,标记率为85—95%,它们的分配系数及HPLC的保留时间证实锝络合物酯溶性大小与酯基的碳原子个数呈正相关。
【Abstract】 A new brain perfusion agent 99mTc-ECD (Ethyl-Cysteinate Dimer) and its derivatives MCD, n-PCD, n-BCD, t-BCD, were reported here. ECD and its derivatives were synthesized and identified by IR. NMR. MS and elemental analysis. These compounds could exchange with 99mTc-GH(V) to form stable complexes. The labelling yields were 85-95%. The liposolubility of those 99mTc complexes are in positive correlation with the size of the alkal ester groups, which was confirmed by the partition coefficients and the retention times of HPLC.
