低浓度SO2废气脱硫研究

【摘要】 通过试验确定了由NaH2PO4和Na2B4O7组成的缓冲溶液作为废气脱硫的吸收液.考察了吸收液中NaH2PO4浓度、吸收液中NaH2PO4/Na2B4O7值、吸收液中SO2含量、吸收温度和液气比等因素对SO2脱除率的影响规律.在此基础上确定了在喷射塔中用该吸收液脱除废气中SO2的适宜工艺条件.

【Abstract】 The buffer solution containing NaH2PO4 and Na2B4O7 has been selected as the absorbents to remove SO2 from waste gases. The effects of the concentration of NaH2PO4, NaH2PO4/Na2B4O7, the concentration of SO2 in the solution, temperature and the ratio of liquid/gas on SO2 absorptivity were investigated. The optimum conditions in jet tower for removing SO2 from waste gases were studied.
