利用多道幅度分析器测量线性变化电压的非线性系数
A Method of Measuring Non-linear Coefficient of a Linear Varying Voltage Using MCA
【摘要】 本文描述一个线性变化电压非线性系数的测量方法。利用采样脉冲对线性变化电压进行采样,测量采样后脉冲的幅度分布密度,经过最小二乘法拟合,便可求出非线性系数。文中还提出了决定采样脉冲频率的方法。
【Abstract】 This paper describes a method of determining the non-linear coefficient of linear varying voltage. The linear varying voltage is sampled by periodic pulses.The sequent discrete signals are obtained and their amplitude distribution density is measured. Then the non-linear coefficient is calculated by means of linear least squares fitting method. The method of selecting the sampling pulses frequency is provided in this paper also.
