季鉮盐相转移催化卡宾法合成α-氨基酸
Synthesis of α-amino Acids With Carbene Method Thrnugh Phase Transfer Catalysts of Asonium Salt
【摘要】 本文利用四苯基氯化鉮相转移催化卡宾法,分别以四种醛、酮为原料,合成了四种α——氨基酸,产率较文献为高。
【Abstract】 Four α-amino acids were prepared by the raaction (or ketones) andaqueous ammonia in the presence of the phase transfer catalysts of tetraphen-ylasonium chlorid. The yields are higher than that of literafure.
