激光透射法测油膜厚度试验机的研制

【摘要】 本文介绍的是笔者们研制的激光透射法测油膜厚度试验机,本试验机具有体积小,操作简单,使用方便等特点,可以进行无级调速,不仅能测量油膜厚度,还可以测量各种滑差下的摩擦系数。利用本试验机测得的结果与理论计算结果比较接近,是一种较好的测试方法。

【Abstract】 In this paper, an experimental rig for measuring oil film thickness by means of the laser transmission method, which has a small volume, simple operation and stepless speed regulation, is Presented. The rig can be used to measure not only oil film thickness but also the friction coefficient under various slip differences. The experimental results taken from the rig are comparatively identical with the theore tical calculating results. This proved the laser transmission method to be a effective one.
