氢致4Cr14Ni14W2M0钢氮化层剥落的机理研究

【摘要】 采用普通金相、X射线、电于显微镜等方法,对稳定型4Cr14Ni14W2Mo奥氏体不锈钢氮化层剥落问题进行了试验分析.在此基础上应用RHIE型氢气测定仪测量了该钢不同组织形态(如晶粒度大小、晶界状态、碳化物等),不同条件下的氢含量.试验表明,组织状态不同,导致氢含量的明显差异以及氮化层剥落倾向的差异,从而为揭示4Cr14Ni14W2Mo钢氮化层剥落的机理提供了重要线索,同时也为进一步探讨氮化层剥落的机理研究开辟了新的视野.

【Abstract】 The paper investigated the mechanism of hydrogen-induced peeling of the nitrided case in stabilized austenitic stainless steel of 4Crl4Nil4W2Moby means of photomicrography, x-Ray diffraction and electron microscopy.Furthermore.the hgdrogen content under different structure conditions of the steel(e.g.grai-n size grain boundary structure,carbide)Was measured by RHIE Model hydrogen content instrument.It was shown that there were obvious differences in hydrogen content because of the difference in structural condition of the steel.The results provide a reliable scientific basis for preventing the nitrided Case of 4Crl4Nil4W2Mo steel from peeling and will open the field of vision in studying the mechanism of hydrogen-induced peel-ing of nitrided case.
