【摘要】 本文对井栏边草配子体的发育进行了研究,其孢子为淡褐色、三裂缝,赤道面观呈椭圆形,极面观呈钝三角形有瘤状纹饰,孢子培养7～9d开始萌发,孢子萌发为通常切线型,幼时丝状体阶段为3细胞长。培养80～100d后原叶体成熟,其精子器呈球形,颈卵器为高等蕨类植物典型类型。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of gametophyte of pter-is inultifula was studied. The spores is yellow-brownish, trilete, and elliptical in equatorial view and obtuse triangular in polar view, and tuberculatc ornamented. In culture the spores germinate within 7-9 days. The pattern of spore germination seems to be tangential. Generally, the germ filaments develop 3 cells long. The prothallus matured in 80- 100 days after inoculum. The antheridia is globular. The archegonia is of the type common in the high ferns.更多还原
