渗碳过程的数学模型
A Mathematical Model for Carburizing
【摘要】 本文以扩散系数不随成分改变的一维渗碳为基础,分析了渗碳过程中表面碳浓度(边界条件)的变化。建立了不同渗碳阶段的扩散数学模型。提出了应用“假想边界”求解数学模型的隐式差分格式的方法。计算的结果与实验的结果吻合较好。
【Abstract】 Based on uni-dimensional diffusion with the assumption that the diffusion coefficient is independent of Concentration, the change of the carbon concentration on the surface during carburizing was analysed. Mathematical models for different stages in earburizing were formulated. The method of solving the implicit scheme of difference equations by means of imaginary boundary condition was proposed. The computed results are in agreement with the experimental results satisfactorily.
