【Abstract】 This paper introduces the optimum technolgoical conditions in which tea saponin is extracted directly by water without fat being removed. The offects from the remained fat on the recovery, quality and property of product are estimated. The prescriptions and effets of shampoo and washing agent for cooking utensils which use this tea saponin as major component are described.更多还原
