丙涤共混阻燃纤维相态结构的研究

【摘要】 为解决丙纶不能染色、易燃烧先天性缺陷采用共混方法,在聚丙烯树脂中添扣复合阻燃剂和复合热稳定剂。本文研究了这一复杂的多元共混体的相态结构,结果表明,PP作为连续相,PET和PETA完全相溶,并作为分散相精细分布在PP相畴间,属基体——网状微纤结构。复合阻燃剂和复合热稳定剂组成“阻燃微粒”,分布在PP、PET-PETA相畴间,并对两相有较好的相溶性,电镜照片显示为这种“阻燃微粒”粘附在PET-PETA微纤上。

【Abstract】 The blending method of adding composite flame retardants and heat stabilizers to the PP resin in order to overcome the defects of difficult dyeing and easy burning has been used, in this paper this complex multi- phase structure has been investigated, the results show that PP forms a continuous phase while PET and PETA which are fall compatible are distribtted finely among the PP pshase that make up a kind of matrix-microfibre net structure, the composite flame retardant and stabilizer constitute the "flame retardant particles" which dispersed between the phase of PP and PET/PETA with good compatibility to both phases, electron microscopic photo shows these "particles" are adhesive on the PET/PETA microfibres.
