阳离子染料可染改性共聚酯的研究(Ⅰ)——阳离子染料可染改性共聚酯的缩聚反应动力学
STUDY OF THE CATIONIC DYEABLE MODIFIED PET(Ⅰ)——COPOLYCONDENSATION REACTION KINETICS OF CATIONIC DYEABLE MODIFIED PET
【摘要】 对几种高压型(CDP)及常压型(ECDP)阳离子染料可染改性共聚酯的合成与性能进行了较系统的理论研究。在本工作中阐述了不同第三组分〔间苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸钠(SIPM)或对苯二甲酸二甲酯磺酸钠(STPM)〕、第四组分〔邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMO)、癸二酸二甲酯(DMS)、聚乙二醇(PEG)(M_W=2000)〕对CDP、ECDP 缩聚反应速度的影响规律,同时结合共聚组分的化学结构对其原因进行了讨论。研究结果表明:第三组分 SIPM或 STPM 的引入使缩聚反应速度明显低于纯 PET 的缩聚反应速度,第四组分 DMO 或 DMS 的引入使缩聚反应速度进一步下降,而 PEG 的引入对其影响不大。初步探讨了 SIPM 对 CDP 合成反应中醚键生成规律的影响。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the synthesis and properties of some CDP and ECDP types of catio-nic dyeable modified PET have been investigated systematically and theoretically.The effects of the different third components SIPM or STPM and forth componentsDMO,DMS and PEG((?)_w=2000)on the copolycondensation reaction rate have beendescribed,meanwhile,the reasons causing the effects mentioned-above have beenalso discussed in accordance with the chemical structures of the components.Theresults show that the enter of the third components SIDM or STPM make the copol-ycondensation rate obviously slower than that of pure PET,the rate slower furtherwhen the enter of the forth components DMO or DMS,but the enter of PEG havelittle effect on the rate.The primary discussion on the effect of SIPM on the for-mation regulation of ester bond has been also included in this paper.
