【Abstract】 The trends in new elastomers and their thechnologies in 1990 s are reviewed with 35 references, and it is considered that to prepare multicomponent polymers by chemical modification is one of the most important directions in the dovelopment of elastomers .Multicomponent polymer systems latexes , thermoplastic elastomers and speciality rubbers , as well as their processing technologies are introduced . It is concluded that elastomers will be widely used in automotive industry and biomedical areas .更多还原
