可复式聚氨酯输精管栓堵剂的合成

【摘要】 以聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、3,3′-二氯-4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷(MOCA)为主要原料,合成了双组分反应型常温快速固化聚氨酯输精管栓堵剂。确定的较佳工艺条件为:聚醚多元醇羟基官能度2.35,甲组分NCO含量4.5%,乙酸乙酯用量10%,反应温度75%℃,反应时间4h;己二酸、MOCA和丙酮用量分别为2.5%,45%和52.5%。栓堵剂成型固化时间为9—12min。经1040例人体试验,节育有效率达96%;栓堵剂易于取出;取出后能迅速恢复生育能力,是一种较理想的男性节育用高分子合成材料。

【Abstract】 A dual-component reactive polyurethane used as spermatic duct stopper which could cure rapidly at ambient temperature was prepared by using polyether polyol, toluenediisocyanate and 3,3’ -dichloro -4,4’-diamino-diphenylmethane ( MOCA ) . The optimum process conditions were: hydroxyl functionality of polyether polyol 2.35, content of NCO in component A 4.5%, dosage of ethyl acetate 10%, reaction temperature 75℃, reaction time 4 h, and the dosages of adipic acid, MOCA and acetone in component B were 2.5%, 45% and 52.5%, respectively. The curing time of the stopper was 9-12min. The stopper is easily removable and the male generation ability can be recovered quickly.
