塑炼1,2-聚丁二烯的无扰尺寸

【摘要】 利用测得(?)和[η]数据,由Stockmayer-Fixman-Burchard、Stockmayer-Kurata-Roig和Inagaki-Suzuki-Kurata方程外推,估算了塑炼过程中不同1,2-链节含量的1,2-聚丁二烯(1,2-PB)的无扰尺寸变化规律。1,2-链节含量分别为40%和87.2%时,随薄通次数的增加,无扰尺寸降低;但前者薄通50次后变化很小,后者薄通100次后仍有波动。1,2-链节含量为87.2%的1,2-PB,薄通后放置30d,其无扰尺寸随薄通次数的增加而降低的程度,均大于当日测定的结果。

【Abstract】 The unperturbed dimensions of masticated 1,2 -polybutadiene with different contents of 1,2-units were estimated by using the average molecular weight and intrinsic viscosity data obtained and by extrapolating the Stockmayer-Fixman-Burchard, Stockmayer-Kurata-Roiog and. Inagaki-Suzuki-Kurata equations to zero concentration.The unperturbed dimensions of masticated l,2-polybutadiene containing 40% and 87.2% of 1,2-units decreasd with the increase in the times of tight milling during mastication. The decrease in unperturbed dimensions of the former sample became very small after 50 times of tight milling, while that of the latter still continued even after being tight milled for 100 times.The extent of decrease in unperturbed dimensions with the increase of the times of tight milling for the latter sample was even greater after being put aside for 30 d than the data measured just after mastication.
