镍系顺丁硫化胶氧化链断裂行为的解析
INVESTIGATION OF CHAIN SCISSION BEHAVIOR OF Ni-CATALYZED cis-POLYBUTADIENE VULCANIZATES DURING THERMO-OXIDATIVE AGING
【摘要】 在热氧老化过程中,镍系顺丁硫化胶的链断裂特征随硫化体系的不同而异。连续化学松弛不能用单一的Maxwell松弛方程描述。比较连续与间歇化学松弛曲线,发现链断裂过程伴随着交联反应产生,且交联反应速度是逐渐增加的。
【Abstract】 The chain scission behavior of Ni-catalyzed cis-polybutadiene vulcaniza-tes during thermo-oxidative aging was investigated. It was found that the feature of chain scission differed with different curing systems by which the rubber was vulcanized.The continuous chemical relaxation of vulcaniza-tes could not be described by a single Maxwell relaxation equation. By comparison of curves for continuous and discontinuous relaxations, the chain scission was accompanied by crosslinking reactions between chains, and the rate of crosslinking reactions increased slowly with time during the initial stages of the thermo-oxidative aging test.
