【Abstract】 The preparing processes of the nisoldipine photolytic product and its generaIpharmacological actions as well as acute toxicities were reported. In rabbit,iv administration of the photolytic product induced slight and transient depressor effect. In mouse, ig of this product exhibited no toxicities, but there were some toxicities after ip administration. Therefore, the content ofnisoldipine photolytic product should be strictly controlled in the injections.更多还原
