【Abstract】 The experimental results obtained from 30 urethane-anaesthetized guinea pigs showed that following surgical rupture of round window membrane and perfusion of artificial perilymphatic solution,the relatively bigger AP N,amplitude and the increased AP N,latency were found in electrocochleogram.These characteristic changes could be maintained within 4～5 hours or more.A discussion was had of its theoretical and clinical significance of this method.更多还原
