γ射线和早疫病菌毒素对番茄愈伤组织生长的影响
The Effect of γ Ray and Early Blight Fungitoxin on the Growth of Tomato Calli
【摘要】 用不同剂量的γ射线辐射处理由番茄叶片诱导的愈伤组织,然后把愈伤组织接到含有早疫病菌毒素及不含有毒素的培养基上进行培养.结果表明,γ射线对番茄愈伤组织的生长有明显的影响,3000rad剂量就表现出较强的抑制作用.毒素对愈伤组织生长的抑制作用也极为明显,因此在筛选抗病突变体的研究工作中,可以用毒素作为选择压力
【Abstract】 Calli derived from tomato leaves were treated with different γ ray doses and inoculated in medium with or without early blight fungitoxin.The experimental results indicated that Y ray had obvious influence on the growth of tomato calli, with a stronger inhibition being at 3000 rad dose.The fungitoxin had strong inhibition as well. So the fungitoxin could be used as selection pressure in the screening of resistant disease mutant.
