磨料流动加工(AFM)机理初探
THE FIRST STUDY ON MECHANISM OF ABRASIVE FLOW MACHINING (AFM)
【摘要】 本文从分析单个磨粒的受力及运动入手,研究了AFM的微观切削过程,并结合对玻璃管模拟加工装置的实验观察,提出了“柔性动态微刃切削”的观点。
【Abstract】 By means of analysing the exerted forces and movement of abrasive grain, the AFM’s micro-processing procedure is studied. On the basis of large amount of experiment and observation, the opinion dynamic gentle cut of tiny blade is put out after theoretical analysis. This theory properly presents the technological charicteristic of AFM, and explains many problems in AFM.
