电子辐照辅助控制hFE技术研究
The Study for Technology of Assistantly Controlled hFE by Electron-Irradiation
【摘要】 本文研究了2Mev高能电子对中小功率双极型晶体管hFE的影响,实验得到了hFE与辐照剂量、热、电处理的关系,提出了一种可行的辅助控制hFE技术。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we study the effects for hFE of medial and small power bipolar transistors by 2Mev high energy electrons. The functional relation of hFE as Irradiation doses, heated and electrical treatments was obtained by means of experiments. We present a technology of feasible assistantly controlled hFE.
