【Abstract】 A number of difficults to surface copper alloy onto the cast body of valve are discussed in the paper. The hollow tungsten electrode with positive connection to produce a soft plasma arc which is used in process. The surfacing is done without preheating for the workpiece to prevent and to limit high dilution of iron. With the procedure, the acceptable products are produced.更多还原
