【Abstract】 The ball forming process of extra-thin copper wire welded with controlled pulse current are studied from the results of scanning electron microscope observation and metallographic analysis in the paper. The changing behavior during the ball forming process of copper wire has been recorded. So the bailing behavior and regular pattern of ball forming process is clarified.更多还原
