【摘要】 对20例肝硬化和21例糖尿病患者的血浆蛋白C(PC)和抗凝血酶Ⅲ(ATⅢ)水平进行对比研究。结果:20例肝硬化患者PC:Aq、ATⅢAq和ATⅢ:C皆呈平行性降低,ATⅢ:C/ATⅢ:Ag比值正常。22例糖尿病患者的PC:Ag增高,8例糖尿病酮症和糖尿病有(或无)血管病变者的ATⅢ均正常,3例糖尿病酮症酸中毒病人的ATⅢ水平低下,ATⅢ:C/ATⅢ:Ag比值降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 The comparison of plasma protein C (PC) and antithrombin Ⅲ (ATⅢ) Ievels was done in 20 cases of hepatic cirrhosis and 21 cases of diabetes me- llitus. The results showed that the plasma concentrations of PC:Ag, ATⅢ: Ag and ATⅢ: C were equally decreased, and the ratio of ATⅢ:C and ATⅢ: Ag was normal is 20 hepatic cirrnosis accompanied with the positive correla- tion in decreased plasma PC level and albumin concentration. One patient with cholestatie cirrhosis showed decreased PC:Ag and normalized ATⅢ level. The plasma PC:Ag was remarkably high in 22 and the ATⅢ level was normal in 8 diabetes mellitus except 3 cases of diabetic ketoacidosis with low ATⅢ level.更多还原
