【Abstract】 L forms of pseudomonas aeruginosa could be subcultured in non-high osmotic 1640 liquid medium without antibiotic. They were spheroid an d elongate bodies, lost the flagellum and could not move. The L forms were passable to filters of 0.3μm pore size and different from the parent bacteria from which they were derived on the activities of enzymes and the susceptibility to antibiotics. The L forms of P. aeruginosa were within HeLa cells and cytopathic on cultures of the cells.更多还原
