【Abstract】 A study on the spatial characteristics of Li-like soft X-ray laser in a laser-produced silicon plasma is reported. It shows that the main region of the soft X-ray laser gain is in the region with intermediate plasma density, which is about 300 μm from the target surface, while the gain coefficient near target surface with high plasma density is small.更多还原
