固定化酵母连续生成乙醇动力学及应用
The Chemical Kinetics and Application of Continuous Production of Ethanol by Immobilized Growing Yeast Cell
【摘要】 本文测定了传统发酵法和固定化方法中的吸附法、包埋法在蔗糖转化为乙醇过程中的反应速度常数和级数,从而得出反应动力学方程,并从动力学方程中反映了扩散速度(流体线速度)和酵母浓度的影响,因此对工业化生产设计和反应机理研究都有重要作用。
【Abstract】 When the sugger conuerse to ethanol,the velocity constant and order of reaction,which contain traditional fermention method and two immobilized (adsorbed,entrapped) growing yeast cell method.,haven been determined.Therefore,the reactional equation has determined,from diffus- ion (velocity in line) and the numbers of yeast been concerned by this equa- tion.That is usefull,for the device in industry,and mechanism of reaction and diffusion.
