【Abstract】 The uniformity of the flow distribution dominates the settling effect of perhpheral inflow-outflow settler. Therefore, the design of distribution is a key point in the designing such a settler. This article tries to analyse the interrelationship of the factors that effect the uniformity of flow distribution i. e. , width and depth of the distribution channel, diameter and spacing of orifices, slope of channel bottom. A formula as h1 =K.V12/2g has been deduced. Some principles of design are put forward for reference. Those related design parameters will be studied further.更多还原
