番茄钙、锰、锌、硼营养与贮藏关系的研究

【摘要】 本试验(45)Ca示踪表明:Ca在番茄体内的难移动性是缺钙生理病害、坏果率高及不耐贮藏的原因。显微镜观察表明:在盛果期喷施0.4%CaSO4、O.01%H3BO3、B+Ca(V∶V=1∶1)、O.05%MnSO4;及0.01%ZnSO4,除Zn外,其他均对果实表皮细胞有影响。细胞壁增厚的次序是B>B+Ca>Ca>Mn>Zn(~H2O);细胞的长/宽比,对照近于1,B、Mn、Ca为1.71、B+Ca高达1.82;六边形细胞的多少与喷施相应元素的成熟果实的半贮藏期呈正相关(r=0.7759)。

【Abstract】 In the stage of prosperous fruit,additional manurings of 0.4% CaSO4, 0.01%H3BO3, B+Ca(v:v=1:1),0.05%MnSO4 and 0.01%ZnSO4 put onto the leaf zone of the plant affected the quality and yields of tomato to some extent. Additional manurings of Ca,Mn,B and Zn fertilizers could prolonged the half-storage period of tomato at the same time. The shape and structure of cuticular cells of fruits of tomato changed because of application of Ca,Mn,B and Zn fertilizers. The ratio of cell length to width was: the controls was about 1:B,Mn,Ca etc 1.71; B+Ca up to 1.82. The order that the manurings made the cell wall thickened was B>Ca>Mn>Zn(~H2O). This may be one of important reasons for the storage performances of tomato.
