【Abstract】 This paper advances the (n+0.8l) experience rule.It is a simplificationof Chu Daobao’s Quantum Value Rule (Q = n + l-(?)) and the complementof Xu Guangxian’s ( n + 0.7l) Exprience Rule. It can also be used to group the energy level of atomic orbitals and predict the position of the coming element in the periodic table of the elements and the electronic structure of atoms.
