过量氧化铅与气氛料对锆钛酸铅陶瓷机电性能及显微结构的影响
The Influences of Excess PbO and Atomsphere Powder on Microstructure and Piezoelectric Properties of PZT Ceramics
【摘要】 研究了过量氧化铅和气氛料对铌锑锆钛酸铅压电陶瓷的机电性能、频率温度系数、电导激活能和显微结构的影响。结果表明,适当过量的氧化铅和气氛料,对提高材料的机电性能和减小频率温度系数有利。任何导致配方组成偏离化学计量的工艺过程,都将影响材料的性能和降低电导激活能.
【Abstract】 The influences of excess PbO(0~2.0 wt%)and packing powder on the micro- structure,piezoelectric properties and el- ectrical conductivity of PZT ceramics was investigated.It is showed that excess PbO as a liquid phasc can aid sintering and activation energy of conductance was decreased.The more free PbO existed in the sample,the worse piezoelectric prope- rties of the sample become.
