【摘要】 本文报导了采用丝网印刷法制备 Y-Ba-Cu-O 系厚膜超导材料的工艺以及热处理对厚膜超导体微结构、超导电性的影响。在 ZrO2基片上烧出的厚膜,其临界温度 Tc(p-o)>77K。

【Abstract】 In present work Y-Ba-Cu-O thick film materials on zirconic and alumina substrates are prepared by screen printing. The effects of sintering temperature,time and substrates on the characteristics and microstructure of thick film supercondu- ctors are studied.The microstructure and composition are examined by SEM and XRD.The results show that the subtrates and sintering conditions have an important role in the microstructure and properties of the thick film materials.Using the zir- conic substrates,the typical SEM micro- graph exhibites extensive columnar growth of sintered grains and homogenuous grain distribution and intermediate grain size. The superconductors has zero resistance at 77K.
