【Abstract】 The LaFeO₃ rare-earth compound oxide was prepared by the various met- hods.Their structures and properties were analyzed.The alcohol sensitivity of the devices which were made of LaFeO₃ was determined.The results show that the various methods have a different effects on the properties of materials and gas sensitivities of the devices.更多还原
